Patch Notes: 1.0.0f – Pending Quest Rewards Fixed

Another day, another small client patch! It’s incredibly encouraging to see the responsiveness BioWare has displayed during the critical launch week of the game by turning around patches and fixes so quickly. And with the Public Test Server now online, an entirely new “dot rev” patch is being prepared – 1.0.1. Gogo BioWare!

Patch 1.0.0f includes a fix for the pending mission bug that should now allow players to accept these rewards.

Patch Notes: 1.0.0e – Server Queue Grace Period Added

During last night’s scheduled maintenance, BioWare applied a small client patch. And while one grace period may have ended, they’ve given us another, more permanent one! This patch includes the addition of a server queue “grace period”. In case you get disconnected while in a queue, you retain your spot (for a reasonable amount of time)! This is no doubt going to make many players happy.

  • Fixed an issue that caused some pre-assigned guild names to display incorrectly.
  • Players who are disconnected while in the queue to join a server now retain their position upon logging back in within a reasonable amount of time.

Patch Notes: 1.0.0d – Taris Fixed, Pending Rewards

Overnight, BioWare issued a small client patch to correct a few launch bugs that crept up. It’s nice to see such responsiveness right out of the gate!  Notes for this one are minor as follows:

  • Corrected an issue that could cause degraded performance or client crashes for some players on Taris.
  • Fixed a bug that could prevent players from accepting pending mission rewards.

Patch Notes: December 1, 2011

  • Experience gains on Origin Worlds have been adjusted to help solo players reach level 10 more easily.
  • Improved the overall performance of vanity pets.
  • Using the /stuck command will no longer kill the player unless a safe location cannot be determined. Players can now only use /stuck every 120 seconds.
  • Moving to a new planet instance no longer uses the player’s Quick Travel cooldown.
