Patch Notes: 1.1.0c – Server Disconnects
The specially scheduled Saturday maintenance has concluded after a brief extension, and the patch note has been posted. That’s right, patch note. There was but one tidbit in today’s patch listed. Does that mean there isn’t more? Not necessarily, but it’s all we can go on!
Let us know if you see anything else changed.

General
- Improved service to reduce the number of player disconnections to the character selection screen.

Thats VERY important patch to shut servers for half day in EU -_-
Are you serious? Is there something more important than a patch that allows a portion of the players base to actually be able to play the game again?
What would you consider a more important patch?
What a joke.
Didn’t affect me or my gaming partner, but therewas a mass exodus of guildies one evening this weekk and one of them, after coming back online, said all the PCs at the GTN node where he was disappeared at once. Th etre was probably some server instability that they fixed.
10% of the playerbase: “This server disconnect issue is serious, BW should fix it!”
Another 10% of the playerbase: “OMG I can’t believe they patched for an issue like THIS! Outrage!”
Bioware can’t win.
Yes they can but not by patching during peak hours on a weekend, that’s just lame US management, I canceled my subscription until they show the European community some respect

They are doing it at that time cause they are based in America. Two star wars is the most popular in America and third Europe hasn’t been treating games that well lately. Got some nations main example Germany trying to banned all Violent games that would not only include this game but also Mario. So why brother trying to crater to Europe if it will be illegal to play the game there in a year or so.
You can’t say ‘Europe’ has been treating games badly, europe isn’t a country, and europe definitly isn’t Germany. Games aren’t going to be illegal in europe at all, what you’re saying is just american know-it-all stupidity.
It’s a sad day when gamers think they’re so entitled to something then cry like a bunch of babies when they don’t get what they want.
Yes it interrupted my gaming session too. Do you see me crying about it? No.

Players not affected by the DC issue dont care if it was patched… i was not affected by it but i still think it was a good thing they patched it asap since it seemed to affect a lot of players…
How can serverside patches require both EU and US servers to go down at the same time?
