New TOR Trailer – Sneak Peak

Warning: a few spoilers might be included below, so if you prefer to wait until the official trailer reveal next week, read no further!

Spike TV just gave us a sneak peak of the soon-to-be-released new trailer for The Old Republic, realized once again by Blur Studios. In reality, only about 15 seconds of the actual trailer was revealed… but if it was any indication of the rest of it, it’s going to be as epic as Deceived!

It takes place on Alderaan and Blur has visualized than planet beautifully. This appears to be a prequel to deceived, as it’s noted that we get to learn how Darth Malgus gets his breathing apparatus. We also see a glimpse of the Bounty Hunter Shae Vizla. So, this isn’t a “response” to the Sith sacking of Coruscant after all.

As expected, Havoc Squad is shown and features some bombastic firepower!  There also appears to be a narrator from the Republic perspective, as opposed to Darth Malgus last time, although it’s unclear who the narrator is. It does look to be a Republic-themed trailer, although it does also include some Republic devastation.
